Nÿcolike dis?
emusFrom my side is fine, but put a ! to the end
Nÿcook
Nÿcoif nobody opposes, I'll post that in ~15 min
Nÿcobtw pep. we're late with the French translation, sorry...
Nÿcoso, I've split it like proposed:
* https://wiki.xmpp.org/web/News_and_Articles_for_the_next_XMPP_Newsletter slowly moving content, process documentation, pointers
* https://wiki.xmpp.org/web/XMPP_Newsletter_November_2019 to collect links and do the copywriting
emusNÿco: you maybe can just retweet from jabber.de if that makes thibgs easier
Nÿcoyes
emusbut I think it should be an official one
Nÿcoright
Nÿcothere was (a) discussion(s) about retweets, retweets with comment, vs original content
Nÿcoso what should be our policy on that?
emusNÿco: I suggest. make an official tweet. but you can also put the link to their website in the tweet discussion if that helps. maybe a thanks to jabber.de would aslo be appropiate
emuslink of their tweet
Nÿcoindeed
NÿcoI did dat: https://twitter.com/nyconyco/status/1182283235964936192
Nÿcoyep, not the best metric though, but good for ego and vanity
emusHaha, didnt expect that.
Have you registered any improvement about subscribtions yet? I actually realased 2 days ago already
emusNÿco:
Nÿco+7 subscribers since my latest check = 293 total subscribers
emusyeah
MartinThe debian xmpp team post should also be coming soon. Debacle waited for the Dino update to reach testing to cover some more news instead of just reposting the link to the newsletter. 😃
emusMartin: I think its appropiate to tell that there is an translation available

Nÿcohey, Wojciech from Tigase may help on the Polish translation, and also Spanish one
Wojtekcool, but there is still a problem where to publish it (and if there would be interest)
emusWojtek: Publishing is not a problem
Wojtekhow so? all translations have relevant language websites
Wojtekalternatively those could be put as language versions on xmpp.org
emusWojtek: We rather find a hostee than translater. I think jabber.de is fine to also publish other languages. I also have contact to another polish hoster
WojtekI mean - we could publish it on tigase.net but I think it would be better to have content in more relevant place - tigase.net is dedicated to software and also everything is in english so Polish translation of newsletter would be quite weird
WojtekI’ll take a look at possible options to publish Polish translation
emusWojtek: I think is good for people to feel more connected to a platform
emusThere lots of tech blogs in native languages apart from english
