guys, some updates: the hotel reservation forms are in (were lingering in my spam box). I'll send them out shortly.

Edwin will arrange for our stuff (that's in storage at Cisco) to be transported to/from FOSDEM. He'll arrange for a van and organise the logistics.

Isode has offered to sponsor the expenses related to renting the van, which on behalf of SCAM / XSF I gratefully accepted.

(they'll do that, instead of sponsoring other parts of the event)

apparently, in previous years, Isode typically picked up the charges for taxis / dinner, which they're unlikely to do this year, given that they're now sponsoring the van. We should make sure that those costs are covered.
