  6. Zash

    404 page seems broken

  7. ralphm

Zash: there is no XEP-0312, yet

  8. ralphm

The last one currently is 0311

  9. dwd

ralphm, Hence the reason he says the *404* page is broken.

  10. dwd

ralphm, But yeah, I was confused myself until I realised...

  11. ralphm

    ah

  12. Zash

    Heh

  13. ralphm

    :-D

  14. dwd wonders if the 404 page for /extensions/* should auto-generate a random XEP.

  15. Zash

    XEP-404

  16. ralphm

it does have the 404 status code

  17. ralphm

    so that's good

  18. dwd

Zash, Oh! XEP-0404! That'll probably come next year, at the rate we're going.

  19. Marc

    like a boss

  20. Marc

    >Zash: XEP-404 what is that?

  21. Zash

  24. Zash

    Excellent question.

  26. Marc

okay,, now i am really confuesed

  27. Zash

    Mission accomplished! :P

  28. Zash

But, there is no xep 404. I found that the 404 page is broken.

  30. Marc

  39. Zash

    XMPP Extension Protocol

  40. Zash

    These documents: http://xmpp.org/xmpp-protocols/xmpp-extensions/

  41. Marc

    thank you :)

  42. Marc

    finally :P

  43. dwd

Marc, If you don't know what a XEP is, what are you doing here? If you're trying to learn XMPP, you'd be much better off in jdev@conference.jabber.org. If you're just here to chat, there's lots of rooms on jabber.org for that.

  44. Marc

dwd: thank you, and sorry. i am not using this as a chat room. i was just curious as to what it was.. no need for rudeness man

  45. dwd

Marc, I'm not being rude. It's just this room can't be that interesting to anyone not involved pretty heavily with the XSF.

  46. Marc

may i have a room witch can help me with ejabberd?

  47. Zash

    try ejabberd@conference.jabber.ru

  48. Marc

    > dwd: Marc, I'm not being rude. It's just this room can't be that interesting to anyone not involved pretty heavily with the XSF. i am wanting to jjoin and want some info on this stuff. as i have my owbnn server. and am new to this.

  49. Marc

    Zash: thank you

  50. Marc

god i hate it when i mis spell things LOL

  51. dwd

Marc, In that case, I suggest joining jdev@conference.jabber.org - you'll learn a lot more about how XMPP works there than here.

  52. Marc

    thank you :D

  53. dwd

And if you want to join the XSF, look over what it does on http://xmpp.org/ and consider joining to support it at http://wiki.xmpp.org/web/Membership_Applications_Q1_2012

  54. Neustradamus

    new problem on xmpp.org :/

  55. Neustradamus

    Zash: ^

  56. Neustradamus

    about 404

  57. Zash

    Mhm

  58. Neustradamus

Zash: you can create a ticket on http://tracker.xmpp.org/ :D

  59. Zash

    ...

  60. Neustradamus

    the first problem :/

  61. ralphm

    hah

  62. ralphm

500 on a ticket tracker is fun

  63. dwd

Yes, we should create a ticket for that.

  64. Kev

    Do feel free to.

  65. Kev

I'm likely to close it as not reproducable, though.
