Ge0rG was here last week, indicating he had some feedback.

"Low quorum" sounds like a medical condition

Gsoc is doing fine for poezio I think. I don't hear much about other mentors/students apart from during our Monday meeting. And yeah also the mentor summit has been announced and it's in Munich this year

Nothing has been decided yet regarding it

(Flow is away this week iirc?)

Is there any etiquette around using public services as regular (e.g. 1/minute) XEP-0199 ping targets to detect serious s2s issues with ones own service?
