I dont understand the boost in Fosstodon. If I click it, it does not appear on the xmpp timeline

It should, maybe you have multiple accounts logged in and used the wrong one by mistake?

Or you're on a server that has that one banned or something?

within 1 month we got 100 news follower on fosstodon ^^

oh yah, that's the only thing I really don't like about mastodon so far: if you're on your home server vs. viewing their profile natively it works differently and you have to click through pop up windows (which aren't just regular tabs for some reason, they're popups with no chrome). It confuses me every time.
