MattJ: that's like from last week, so no :) If their workflow is email heavy then I guess Zulip might fit I mean _as long as it's not Matrix_ :)) ✏

I think the entire email is a great and extend feedback. Also taking a note XMPP. I see why zulip is likely making the run. Also I wouldnt wonder if there might come the day where Matrix overtake XMPP. Not because of performance, but of other things they "just" offer, or they established. So Im taking this feedback serious.
