Well, I just published it, but it's like the newsletter, a review of last months dev work (that will likely come out the first or second of the next month), so the content is july. I submitted a PR.

emus (XSF Com. Team): I think the idea will be that I *always* publish it the next month since we won't know what all the commits are until the month is over

But it makes sense to me that the newsletter would be for things that happened in the previous month, not that the specific publication date was in the month

(I will, however, try to get it in before you start the draft; sorry for the late one)

Sam: for Gajim's Dev News I'm always skipping the last three days of a month in order to allow for translation and for the post to be published. And then it fits perfectly with the newsletter schedule :)
