Yes, I still have an account. From what I see I imagine the following workflow: On the second day of a month, the English newsletter is ready (as a Markdown file), on the third through fourth day we translate that Markdown file (possibly without touching the formatting) and create a PR. Is that correct?

Or at least is what I've been doing for the last three months

I never touch the formatting. Just limit myself to translate the text from English to Spanish and send the PR

You may be able to get some work done before that date as there are some invariable parts in the Newsletter ..

So you can create some form of template to alleviate the burden

You may also want to keep an eye on the pad to know in advanced what will make it into the next newsletter and have that somehow ( because the wording may change ) sorted out in advanced too 😊

Not sure I have the capacity to monitor the pad, but if I find the time I'd make a training translation of the recent newsletter to familiarise myself with the task (and get a template to work with :)).

We still have time and the issue has been raised in here, so we can come back later. All in all this will be Schimon's and Emus call --

I have absolutely no problem adding it to the pad as soon as we have something solid to link against ..

Also .. Schimon can add it on his own if he wants to. The pad is always open for everyone to add whatever they deem worth adding 😊
