You guys, XEP-0500 MUC Slow Mode (which has been Proposed this month ) has been promoted to NEW .. shoul I leave both entries?

Also, and I remember asking this before and getting a green flag but its worth asking again: I've run into a pretty interesting article but it is only available in italian. Would it be ok to add it to the pad with an [IT] at the end of the entry?

Also .. XEP 490 has been moved to Stable on 2024-11-05 .. and updated on 2024-11-28 but we do not have an "Updated" category .. so I left it like this:
