do we have a standard format for the list of client features already? Something like a simple list of XEP-1234, XEP-1235... for example in the source tree of the project. Users and comparison websites can simply scrape all feature lists and make beautiful overviews and support matices

Note that XEPs make a very poor proxy for features. And it's not always clear what "implementing a xep" means since there are lots of possible uses of most XEPs and an app will often just use one of them
