Yeah those two different heart emojis are a bit confusing. I noticed that in other situations before and I think Singmapoly even had an explanation why that sometimes happens, but I forgot the details.

Heart exists with and without emoji modifier. Clients need to aggregate those :) Conversations and Gajim do this
