I think this mainly improves the text by being less advocacy-heavy, and more cooperative in tone. That should foster cooperation rather than competition.

These changes also address the last few editor placeholders that were left in the text.

does anyone know how often we publish the website changes? Is there a specific trigger? I am experimenting with the doap file, but it looks like its not rendering

That, I understand. But, if both voted-in members and the commteam greenlight things, then getting Board's approval needs only to be rubber stamping thing. I don't want to require board to do editorial stuff.
