I've updated the communications plan in https://pad.nixnet.services/yUX0lnoHRliFwIKgaAS15A?both with first- and second wave content for X/Twitter, LinkedIn and Mastodon. As there are several relevant Dutch governmental accounts active on Mastodon, I've provided Dutch variants there, too.
