As I'm procrastinating while having had a horrible week, I got inspired by Daniel positioning XMPP as Infrastructure, and let AI loose on a bit of concept art. The below took me three minutes to generate, so it surely can be improved greatly. I wanted to check if these are approaches we want to explore further, first.
Seve: larma had a post about MicroG, which I guess is not closely related XMPP.

That one I can best relate to.
Though, I think AI content is not appreciated in the XMPP community from what I see. ↺

I don't think it is really that clear-cut as some very vocal people may make it sound. Some disagree with AI usages (strongly), others do not (at all) and there's likely a very large group of people that do not care either way. We absolutely do not need to use _these_ (or any AI generated) images. It's just a bit of quick concept art. We could easily (but maybe expensively) use this to commission work from a human artist. At this stage, I'm just trying to put ideas out there, to see if it's worth pursuing further. Who or what creates the resulting images is something that we can decide on later.

Dont get me wrong. I certainly appreachiate this, just wanted to mention on this to be aware.
We been doing extensive work in the Chat of the Future Initiative on how to promote XMPP which also stepped beyond the technical perspective that can be used here too btw.
