Well, in past years everyone turning up 15mins late has been fairly common.

So we'll give them a few minutes. This year's Council have been slightly more dilligent and punctual than many have been :)

I think this is something that needs to be updated as we get real deployment experience with threads, but I'm fine with it now anyway.

I haven't given it a thorough read, but it specs out roughly what I was already thinking was the best approach

We discussed inviting people for accepting protoXEPs.

We roughly agreed, I tried it with the first few people who didn't normally turn up anyway, and they said they were too busy.

I think there are two things here

I'm looking forward to (re-)reading all the fedmuc proposals

Philipp suggested inviting people every time their XEPs were on the agenda. I mostly put it here so it can be an action for next Council to discuss.

One is whether we notify authors when their spec is on the agenda

As I don't think this Council needs to make a decision on it.

This seems reasonable, though it could be argued they should follow their specs closer

maybe we should invite Council members :)

The second is whether we /require/ them to be there, which was also discussed previously - I don't think we need go down that route :)
