We are scheduled to hold a Council meeting today, right?

we really need some more organization around our trello so it's clear what's on our list

ideally in a way anyone could take easily over chairing in cases like this

this was part of "[Council] 2016-07-20 Council Meeting"

that's probably +1 by default too i guess

psa, although XEP-0001 doesn't mention specific periods after which a vote defaults, just that it's up to the council to set such period
