I thought for the MAM/MUC option, we'd suggested that we don't change '45, but use the Registrar to record it (and spec it elsewhere, though I can't remember if that was MAM or somewhere else entirely)

And I thought we voted on #219 already? I'm all in favour.

Registrar sounds sensible, I don't think we want to update XEP-0045 for every option

It would be great if council would record its decission in the trello cards and put the cords into the "For XEP Editors" bin
