    Just to note that if there's a council meeting offline, I think it needs more careful minuting than the usual ones, because people often refer back to the transcripts.

    Not a reason not to do it, but the usual minute quality doesn't really cut it.

    true...while for online meetings we can produce minutes retroactively, which won't work for an in-place meeting

    after the general summit discussion topics? (this would be my recommendation) in conflict with them in a different room? interupting them? I imagine not everybody here is interested in that stuff
