I don't see a vote from Link Mauve, but I think it's been more than two weeks, so I'm pretty sure that's a "yes"

No idea where the two week number came from; maybe that's set somewhere other than XEP-0001. Not sure if I made it up or not.

That's not quite it.

It was when we decided that the period of a Council meeting for the purposes of voting was 14 days :)
