2) Matters for voting

I don't think there's anything new.

PR 706 remains open, and there's a bunch of things that have probably timed out.

I think we voted to LC XEP-0359 and XEP-0357

dwd: indeed, awesome text processing on Tedd's part.

I still think we should move on with the change, and daniel is pending and Kev is on-list.

My gut feeling remains that non-normative sues will remain non-noprmative, and any lower-case normative words will remain normative (just without the specific meaning of RFC 2119).

ie - Tedd's work doesn't really change my mind, though it's great to have.
