I haven't read up the previous discussion on standards@ yet, and I will do so ASAP

I noted that in the last weeks, you considerably structured the way you're doing things

Would now perhaps be a good time to include updating https://xmpp.org/about/xsf/records/council-votes/ in your effort?

There's a huge gap, but if we choose to start record things again, we might be able to fill the gap from history too

I'd love for our work to be more visible - keeping track of votes on the website would help.

It was agenda-based. You put stuff on the agenda during the week, and typed !next repeatedly in the meeting to go through items.

Which sounds very nice

It was amusing enough. I'm not sure it was the single biggest productivity gain in the world :)
