Last week, we discussed 0313, Kev was so nice to rush through an update that kinda sorta improved the "groupchat or no groupchat" question, and we decided to postpone the vote

yep

editor and council chair were distracted yesterday so it was not processed at all

In the meantime, Zash proposed another change to the semantics of the query format which I very much approve

Or at least don't disapprove as much as the trade-off suggested by Kev to get out of the mess without a namespace bump

jonas’: yes, and I'm the author. But 0313 is also experimental and still we can't do things without a namespace bump

and I want to avoid a 0280 bump for the exactly same reasons.

it's experimental, you can do what you want there ;). I think it's reasonable though.

well, I'd love to remove all that groupchat stuff from 0313, but I can't do what I want there ;)
