+1 to advance '313. For a terrible XEP, it certainly seems like a lot of people rely on it.

first version of 313 was 2012

so only a bit more than half a Merkel era

I intend to run, but by now am pretty sure that I don't want to chair again.

judging from the comments in xsf@, we do need to start an explicit recruiting effort.

Technically, the chair doesn't need to be a Council member. They could be an outside bureaucrat.

But I think it would be surprising.

Well, I also intend to run but don't have the time capacity to chair.

Ge0rG, If you do intend to run it would be useful to put your name on the page.

Ge0rG, There's a much greater likelihood of having more people on if someone starts the list going.

Quietly paste the entire membership list into the election page, and whoever doesn't yell NO! quickly enough gets to Council. Just like in all the other organizations and associations I've been in. 🙂
