I'm heading to London for the IETF meeting. There is a MIMI session tomorrow morning at 9:30am. Remote attendance is possible (you have to register as an attendee, but don't have to pay). Session details and materials are here: https://datatracker.ietf.org/meeting/115/agenda/?filters=mimi

As far as I'm aware, I'll be the only person present participating with a strong XMPP background, so additional folk would be welcome :)

In my experience IETF meetings where a lot like hybrid FOSDEM lately

in any case, there are unlimited remote participation fee waivers, as zash posted. even though they state that it could take 2 days to get those processed, I can't hurt to try to get one

Through datatracker i have: Full client with video Onsite tool Audio stream So i will see qhat they are. And i have the chat too
