Feel free to un-orphan them, or find people to do so. https://github.com/xsf/xeps/pull/706 seems to have been approved in principle, but the question of whether this is an Editorial change remains. I believe it isn't, as it changes normative language in every XEP. Council please advise. https://github.com/xsf/xeps/pull/780 seems to have been 'needs council' for four years. https://github.com/xsf/xeps/pull/793 similarly. Can send that as a mail to someone if that's appropriate.
