    My MR I would consider editorial, not something the council needs to vote on, but whatever gets it merged is good with me :)

    Was that the “assigning a body” one? Because assigning a body doesn’t seem editorial to me, that’s pretty central to the XEP process.

    Yes, but body is supposed to be mandatory, and for standards track what could it be other than council?
