Just a quick note, but Council aren't really meant to invent new process, or even creatively use existing process - process is controlled by the Board, strictly speaking. I'd suggest at least sending a note to the mailing list on what you're planning, and why. And brace for the usual endless discussion on what Experiment does/should/maybe means.
