Basically just wondering if I can clear this as editor (I can if we have documented author approval)

OK, so Tom Pusateri said "I can take a look at the pull request. I’m not sure why the email bounced to me in the past but others aren’t having trouble and I got this one ok.", which is not a "OK" yet, I guess that I need to relaunch him on that.

I haven't merged my protoXEPs yet, the shared XML PR needs editor, and I'm not sure that we have pending votes. So there is nothing to do anyway.
