    As an author, I'd like for a last call to be issued for XEP-0377: Spam Reporting. It has seen considerable activity and implementation. Can Council please consider if it is ready for advancement, and, if so, request the Editor the change the status of the XEP from Experimental to Proposed and issue the Last Call?
