Any reading list ahead of today's meeting, daniel?

I'll not be able to address LC feedback on XEP-0377 before the meeting, in case anyone was wondering.

I guess council could express if they'd like author to address LC feedback (I've not even read most of it - given the volume, I _expect_ that changes are desirable)

Guus, I'm not sure to understand this sentence: "Servers MUST NOT process a report if the report that do not explicitly include the corresponding processing option. " (XEP-0377 §5).

I'm also a bit worried that the "Servers MAY anonymize any submission to third-party" if there is no mechanism to indicate if it's anonymized or not. IMHO, it should either be a "MUST" or there should be a mechanism to indicate if it's anonymized or not.

(Sorry with vacations and all, I'm only processing it now)

As a side note, my above concern about reasons is not about security nor clarity, I feel that we should have an extra point in the mail template with `6. Do you have any other concern about this specification?`

Editor hasn't had the time to merge a new proto xep yet. So we can't vote on that yet. He will do that for next week

We are also not going to vote on spam reporting because we are awaiting changes from Guus

This leaves us with nothing on the agenda.

On top of that I'm going to be half AFK unexpectedly. I can pro forma lead us through the meeting if someone has something they would like to discuss.

But it would be slightly easier for me if we just say we meet next week

Should we skip the meeting then? Nothing special to discuss on my side

We can also argue that SPAM is an abuse.
