    I'd like to improve my editor skillz by handle the xep355 inbox submission. But it appears ยง 2.2 on http://xmpp.org/extensions/xep-README.html is outdated. I guess I could bump the xep in the repo. But how do I archive the old version and send the annoucnement mail?
