jonasw: Do typo's require version blocks? I see Link Mauve added a version block here: https://github.com/xsf/xeps/pull/684

Asking because of this PR: https://github.com/xsf/xeps/pull/685

In theory any textual change to a published XEP gets a version bump.

jcbrand, FWIW, Needs Version Block and Ready To Merge are not mutually exclusive

if the author doesn’t make one, I’ll make one
