What about the pending xep-0388 update?

I'm hoping to get a chance to go through things later in the week (or maybe Peter will get there first)

Because I have been remiss about syncing up with Jonas, it’s not clear to me how we currently process pending changes to existing XEPs. But https://github.com/xsf/xeps/pull/1214 appears to be the relevant PR. :-)

I did a round of triaging last week, but haven't gotten around to it yet this week.
