MattJ: do we have an email setup? Can I send (authenticated) email through an xsf run submission server on behalf of editor or do I need to provide my own mail server?

  2. Daniel

I tried submitting the email directly to atlas.jabber.org which i guess worked in that the server accepted the email but now it's probably stuck in the moderation queue?

  3. emus

    > I log in and see an xsf org, with the description: "INOFFICIAL experiment for replacing some of the XSF’s GitHub usage with GitLab" It's an experiment by jonas, and I was helping a bit. But that's never been used iirc

    > I created daniel@xmpp.org and dropped the same script in your home folder MattJ: I can't sudo the script. It asks me for my password that I don't have

  9. MattJ

Hmm, does the script work without sudo? I think I put you in the docker group

  10. Daniel

Seems like it does. I didn't try because the sample script Kev gave me was using sudo

  11. Daniel

When I publish a new xep I just manually create a file with the next highest xep number?

  12. Kev

    Thanks both.
