@Syndace, after clicking on join button it is saying "gsoc@muc.xmpp.org is not the name of a group chat". Can you please help

madhur.garg - how did you join _this_ chat? If you tell us what you did to join here, we can instruct you how to do the same for the GSOC chat.

The address for _this_ chat is iot@muc.xmpp.org

the address for the chat that you want to join, is gsoc@muc.xmpp.org

I expect that you can join that chat by replacing 'iot' with 'gsoc' in whatever you did to join here.

I am using "Gajim" client, and made jabber account from "www.xmpp.js". On replacting "iot" with "gsoc" in the chat room, it is saying "gsoc@muc.xmpp.org is not the name of a group chat"

I think you need to join a _different_ group chat, not try to rename this one.

but I don't use Gajim myself, so I'm not quite sure on the details.
