I would have recommended updating but I thought asking about known issues first would be better:)

Although updating is generally good, I can't see how updating Openfire would affect this in any way

Done. Total iterations: 100, total duration waiting for response: PT1.791S, average: PT0.01791S

that's from my laptop against our ignite server
