More forms questions: do type='result' forms always have a <reported/>/<item/> structure? The text is unclear to me but the changelog says it's a "MAY" (I suppose the alternative is a normal form with fields) and the examples have both, but I *think* the one with normal fields is a mistake?

This is the second or third time I've tried to do a forms implementation and it's broken down into a mess of confusion and special cases. Maybe it's easier to just remove it and if others want it they can implement it themselves.

I mostly ignored the reporting stuff

and was rather lenient in validation

it works very well for the normal "fill out a form and be done with it" use-case

I ported the schema, but there’s no logic beyond that

Prosody also ignores the report stuff
