Hello everyone :) I have one small question (that could lead to a new XEP)

Can a MUC subscribe to a Pubsub node ?

I'm scared.

In principle, sure, but what would you expect to happen?

The next question would be: if the MUC then receive a Pubsub message, should it publish it to all the connected users

probably depends on the use case?

A MUC subscribing to a pubsub node would be special logic in an implementation, so what it would do with the notifications would be the same.

I was also wondering how that could be linked to muc#roomconfig_pubsub

Easiest to relay via a bot, we do that for commit notifications etc

Yeah, would be great to be able to unsubscribe from those sometimes I guess. Can be rather spammy

Well it previously was EOD Europe, and at least I had difficulty joining at that time most weeks
