hm something i thought would be a give, but now im not sure anymore

if i join a muc with multiple devices

and only one of these devices requests muc history via presence

then the MUC distributes this history only to that one device, and not all

at least that was my assumption

any other opinions?

Whether you are using the same nick as another session isn't really relevant
