    An example of quoting that doesn't overlap with replies: recently someone wanted to highlight that they couldn't decrypt a message, and they used a reply to point to the message (because it's the only thing their client provided UI for), but I had been able to see the message, so my client showed me the decrypted message. And I was very confused for a moment
