Does any server beside prosody trunk support fast? I know ejabberd does not yet. For Tigase and Openfire I don't know, but at least the servers where I have my test accounts seem to not support it.

Openfire does not have support yet. There are open tickets in our bug tracker. Might make for a nice NLnet sponsored project...
