    Yes, at least the Prosody implementation will carbon you everything you wouldn't normally get via regular routing rules, which would include all messages when you haven't sent initial presence

    We'll have a developer room / track for talks and workshops at FrOSCon together with the Matrix folks. I want to get an idea: - Who plans to be at FrOSCon and likely would want to attend the track? So we get an idea how many XMPP people we can expect. - Who is interested in giving a talk? It can be anything: showcase your latest development or share your experience with XMPP in a specific setting. We have the opportunity to show Matrix people (many of which have not used XMPP yet or not in the last 5 years) how great XMPP is. If you could imagine giving a talk but don't have a good idea for a topic, also let me know, we can do a brainstorm on ideas and maybe the Matrix people also have wishes what they would like to hear about.
