    vril: I did not receive that. Some rooms have disabled the possibility to send private messages as a matter of spam control

    I guess what you really want is to store error if the stanza it is an error for is in mam already

    i guess they were designed without MAM in mind, i send a message, and receive an error back with the same id, seems easy

    now i can query MAM in a way that i will receive the error before the actual message
