    Depends what you mean? You could list all groups on a particular service/server/space

    tasneem, Bookmarks is the list of MUCs that you've 'saved'; you can query servers individually to get a list of the MUCs they host (assuming this is what you mean by 'groups'), but there isn't a central, global index [but there is https://search.jabber.network/ ]
