Are there any clients that put reactions in a SCE? (When the conversation is OMEMO encrypted) ✏

I've seen a lot of clients that don't and instead put the reaction unencrypted

Are there any that use omemo2? Otherwise they don't use SCE

I used to refuse to send reactions when omemo was on but the ecosystem disagreed with me

singpolyma: SCE is just a generalisation of a concept, it does not provide any benefits imo over what we already have

If a user asks for SCE they mean full stanza encryption, and we have that with the current openpgp spec ✏
