    Muji is a thing, though it's not ideal. Full mesh, for one thing, which limits scaling. There is also XEP-0340, which is broadly what Jitsi Meet started as (back in the days when it was ESTOS Meet, indeed). I suspect there's sensible things we could design now which would improve the use of SFUs in quite a few ways now.

    Nice. Add some screenshots and a doap.xml file. Is it ready for prodution use?

    I can't claim production readiness when I'm the only user haha. But I'd say it's been running rather smoothly.

    Right. I feel your pain, my client's only used by me. But, got a group of people ready to test it over the next few weeks.
