    That PR related to custom background was dishelpful for an undeveloper like me, I'm just a geek. I really want to be able to change the chat backdoor here. Anything besides white. Black theme is cool but it make the conversations UI look anti-material.

    It is quite horrible, a friend of mine showed me how he uses some android layer on top of it (from the phone manufactor) because he had bad experiences everytime.
