is there a better way to contact riseup.net about the broken TLS configuration on their XMPP server than submitting a ticket on support.riseup.net? I submitted a ticket about 2 weeks ago and still haven't gotten a response

But i recall them (or disroot) saying that the XMPP service was not a high priority for them

So the slow response is probably normal

I thought tails used to be hosted by the calyx institute

If it's a concern of yours you could bring it up there
