They are sending the same spam message every second.

I remember the annoying persistence of IRC spammers, I really don't want that to happen to xmpp.

Maybe the DBs costs much more but `sendxmpp victims.txt` dunno

Eg. There's a mail spam campaign for years with "I recorded you watching porn, pay bitcoins" And if you check those bitcoin addresses on the chain they DO receive funds... ✏

You might argue there's not that much gained maybe, but if >0 it might be enough for some poor smuck somewhere in the digital south
