    I want to inform that the radicalisation that is happening in rooms hosted by cdom.de is now at a point that a member speak about murdering, and when moderators get confronted about this, they constantly downplay. I gave them time until monday. if no meaningful change until then I take further steps.

    How do you guys handle spam? Hi, I'm still very new to the party with my services jabtrix.net and laberzentrale.de. But already got spam on my admin account (the one I also published as abuse contact - bad idea I guess) How can I get contact info of the spamming servers? (Conversations cant?!) Are there any up to date block lists for xmpp? What else can I do?

    the blacklist is very conservative, only blocking servers where neither the admin nor the ISP react to complaints

    there are other domain blacklists collected over the last years that just list everything the respective person was annoyed by

    william.chatner: you use prosody right? Maybe also look at https://prosody.im/doc/public_servers And you could enable "spam_reporting"; and "watch_spam_reports"; For an easy way for conversations users to report spam.

    Its *ejabberd* on my server. Looks like prosody has more modules available in this regard
